Wout De Ridder
More than 15 years of experience in Finance and cross-border mid-market M&A.
He started his career in 2010 as a company statutory auditor, where he became a leading audit manager for several clients in various sectors. He later worked as an M&A expert in a large accountancy office, before joining a Brussels based M&A office as a partner.
He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) with a strong focus on negotiating, structuring, and executing complex deals. His background includes company valuation, financial audits, investment analysis, financial statement review, and due diligence processes. Beyond transactions, he is also engaged in business performance analyses and the development of strategic business growth plans.
Eva De Ridder
Eva obtained a Master’s degree in Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. With a background that combines legal expertise and managerial experience in an international business environment, she brings a balanced and pragmatic perspective to corporate and transactional matters.
She has developed strong analytical and organizational skills, enabling her to support M&A projects and other corporate transactions with both legal precision and strategic insight.
Outside of work, Eva is an enthusiastic team player who enjoys jogging and values collaboration, positivity, and continuous improvement — both professionally and personally.
Wouter Lips
Wouter obtained a Master's degree in Business Economics from KU Leuven, followed by a Master's in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School. He gained hands-on experience in investment banking through an internship at Rabobank in Utrecht, where he supported both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, conducted valuation analyses, and prepared strategic client presentations.
In addition to his internship, Wouter actively pursued extracurricular opportunities to deepen his expertise. He participated in the Capitant Investment Banking Track, won the Rabobank Best of Both Worlds business course in collaboration with Clifford Chance, the 2023 Degroof Petercam M&A Case Competition, and was part of Greenhill Capital’s valuation program powered by BlackRock.
Outside of finance, Wouter is passionate about tennis, padel, and cars. Whether competing on the court or following the latest automotive trends, he enjoys staying sharp and engaged beyond the professional sphere.
Senne Desmet
Senne obtained a Master’s degree in Business Economics from KU Leuven, followed by a Master’s in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School. He gained hands-on investment banking experience through an internship at ING in Amsterdam, where he supported both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, performed valuation analyses, and prepared strategic client presentations. In addition, Senne built experience in deal sourcing, financial modeling, and transaction documentation through prior M&A advisory roles, supporting mid-cap transactions and working closely with senior management.
In addition to his internship, Senne actively pursued extracurricular opportunities to deepen his expertise. He was a board member Career at Capitant, participated in multiple M&A cases at Jefferies, Lazard, Degroof Petercam and BNP, and has completed the FMVA certification.
Outside of his professional activities, Senne remains active through running and fitness and pursues creative interests such as DJing.
Lucas Vrijders
Lucas is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Engineering at the Solvay Business School (VUB), specializing in Finance alongside Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
During his internship at KBC Asset Management, he gained hands-on experience in the financial sector and developed a strong interest in financial analysis and investment management. Alongside his studies, Lucas is actively involved in the Solvay Consulting Club, where he sharpens his market research, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Outside of his academic and professional activities, Lucas enjoys playing hockey, going to the gym and hiking. He values staying active and enjoys combining the competitive nature of team sports with spending time outdoors.
