I’m Wout De Ridder, founder of Deal Advisor.
After nearly a decade as a Partner at Brussels based M&A office, I started this independent advisory practice to guide entrepreneurs and investors through complex M&A transactions from strategy to closing.

More than 15 years of experience in Finance and cross-border mid-market M&A.
He started his career in 2010 as a company statutory auditor, where he became a leading audit manager for several clients in various sectors. He later worked as an M&A expert in a large accountancy office, before joining a Brussels based M&A office as a partner.
He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) with a strong focus on negotiating, structuring, and executing complex deals. His background includes company valuation, financial audits, investment analysis, financial statement review, and due diligence processes. Beyond transactions, he is also engaged in business performance analyses and the development of strategic business growth plans.
